- Are my WordPress core and plugins automatically updated?
- Yes, WordPress core is automatically updated. For plugins and themes you stay in control via the WordPress dashboard or you can enable auto-updates per plugin. We always keep server software (PHP, MySQL, Apache) up-to-date.
- Do I get a free SSL certificate?
- Yes, all WordPress hosting plans include a free Let's Encrypt SSL certificate that's automatically activated and renewed. Plus a free CDN with 100 GB of traffic per month is included to make your site even faster.
- Can I migrate my existing WordPress site?
- Yes, and for new customers it costs nothing. We take the whole site across: the WordPress install, the database, the media and your email. It is usually with us within a few hours, without visitors noticing anything.
- Which plan is best for me?
- Look at how many websites you want to run and how much room you need; that is where the plans differ. Starting with one site, the smallest is enough, and moving up later is no trouble. If you are not sure, give us a call.
- Does your hosting also work with WooCommerce?
- Yes, all three plans can run WooCommerce. If your shop gets large or very busy, performance hosting is a better place for it: there your site gets a fixed amount of processing power to itself.
